Cancellation Policy

At Effortless Travel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all clients.

Boat charters & water experiences

Cancellations must be made at least 8 weeks prior to the scheduled departure date. Cancellations made after this deadline may be subject to the full booking fee.

Private transfers & ground transport

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this deadline may be subject to the full transfer fee.

All other services

Cancellation terms for all other services — including accommodation, culinary experiences, MICE programmes, corporate travel and bespoke itineraries — are agreed individually at the time of booking and outlined in your booking confirmation.

General terms

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@effortless.travel. Cancellation is only confirmed upon receipt of written acknowledgement from Effortless Travel. Effortless Travel reserves the right to apply cancellation fees in accordance with the terms above.
